Extremely short movies are packed with a maximum of picture and sound information. The situations in the pictures are often caused by the exchange or the blending of two contrasting scenes. Scenes that have nothing to do with each other in the real world. The surreal method of image selection, processing, assembly and combination (i.e. the abrupt breaks), as well as the overlap, the motion of objects and sounds, creates enigmatic, mysterious and even threatening situations.
